1. There are demo & documentation pages that can be accessed for evaluation. By registering, you confirm understanding what the site offers, and all the terms & conditions (T&C) set forth.
2. All paid accounts are either for 6-months or 1-year periods. The respective amounts & details are mentioned on the registration page.
3. We accept payment only by cheques, issued from a bank within India payable in Indian rupee (INR).
4. There are only two periods of registration, six months & one year; time-periods of six-months & one year will be calculated as 180 days & 365 days (including leap years) respectively, of the Gregorian calendar, from the day of cheque credit.
5. Registration details(Username,E-mail,Cheque.No.) once furnished cannot be used again.
6. No cash payment will be accepted or registered.
7. Users can send their renewal cheques before the completion of their registration-period after registering for renewal. The increase in the registration period will be according to the cheque amount (either 6 months or 12 months) in cumulative way to their ongoing registration time period.
8. A receipt invoice will be sent to registered e-mail id in portable document format (*.pdf) after the successful credit of the cheque.
9. Any increase in the fees payable will not affect the registered accounts and only new users shall have to register with the new amount.
10. Part of the payment constitutes the service tax payable, depending on the prevailing rate, and cess applicable.

Cancellations and Refunds
1. No refunds are offered if any registered user intends to opt out before the completion of registration period, registration details will be deleted on non-renewal after deactivating the account for 30 days.
2. No refunds will be paid for the lost time while the user is unable to log in, if the person loses both his login details & access to his registered email id. Kindly go through the forgot password page, and note the requirements in case of any such eventuality.
3. Cheques with more than the required amount will be registered for the amount mentioned while registering & renewing; kindly be careful & double check the entered values as no refunds will be given for the extra amount; Cheques with amounts lesser than the least amount will not be entertained & will be not produced to bank for clearance & will not be returned to the issuer
4. Discredited cheques, will be notified to the issuer, but no cheques returned; the registration will only be valid for next 30 days; failing to issue a fresh cheque in that period will entail to deletion of the account.
5. Cheques received with an incorrect registration of cheque number but correct MICR code or vice-versa will be presented to the bank for clearance & issuers notified.
6. Cheques received with incorrect registration of cheque & MICR no.s ,as the ownership cannot be ascertained, will not be deposited for credit, but no request to return the cheque will be entertained. Sender has to arrange a courier to get it back.
7. Any cash sent for registration will not be accepted or registered or sent back.Sender has to arrange a courier to get it back.
8. First time registration will be deleted after 30 days on non-receipt of cheques. Working accounts will have grace period of 30 days for renewal, including time for reissuing a discredited cheque.
9. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Policies will be enforceable only after publishing.
